There are many volunteering opportunities throughout the year for members of our school community. We welcome assistance at sporting events, reading with our Junior Primary students, being part of our Parents & Friends Committee or helping out at fundraisers. We require all our volunteers to hold a current Working with Children Check.

P&F
Our Parents and Friends group play an active part in our school community, organising fundraiser and social events and meeting with the each other on a monthly basis. P&F welcome all members of the school community.
The Parents and Friends group:
• Encourages friendships and open communications between parents and the school
• Ensures events and fundraisers are inclusive of the whole school
• Promote a sense of belonging
• Are an approachable and reliable source of help for parents
Community Volunteers
Do you have a skill that can enrich our students? Everyday life skills to specialised activities? Can you repair bikes or have a green thumb? Are you skilled in math? You could be the key to unlocking a lifelong interest, passion or career in our students.
We welcome both individuals and businesses to broaden the knowledge within the students and our entire school community.

Connections
BCC is connected to a larger community through Christian Schools Australia. This wider community is a great way for us to interact with other like-minded schools, who are willing to help with inter-school events, visits and projects.
These connections enrich our school environment. They provide opportunities for our students to be involved in the wider community and see the what other schools are doing and be inspired.
